Selection criteria for quick connectors

1. The type and temperature of the fluid (please select the appropriate type and temperature of the fluid, the material of the body, and the quick connector of the sealing material)
The suitable body material and sealing material vary depending on the fluid. For example, the quick connector is made of air. I recommend steel, but if it's water, choose brass or stainless steel.
2. The pressure of the liquid (please select a quick connector with pressure resistance suitable for the fluid pressure)
The pressure of the fluid is also the key to selecting a quick connector. The quick couplings used for oil pressure are serialized between 5.0Mpa (51kgf/cm&²) and 68.6Mpa (700kgf/cm&²), and the structure of the quick couplings is also different according to their pressure resistance characteristics.
3. Construction of Automatic Valve (Please select a quick connector suitable for piping purposes)
For the construction of valves, there are two-way switch type, one-way switch type, and two-way open type. Due to the presence of fluid flowing out of the piping during separation, except for the two-way switch type. So please pay attention.
4. The usage environment of the quick connector (please select a quick connector with a suitable construction and material for the usage environment)
Consider selecting the type, material, and sealing material of the quick connector based on the humidity conditions, dust conditions, and easily corrosive usage environment.
5. Confirm that the selected quick connector thread should be consistent
In the process of using products from different brands, it is best to use the same brand's female and male heads together. If cross use is necessary, it is best to consult the technical personnel of the product supplier before use and confirm before use.
6. Installation shape and size
Please determine the model and material of the quick connector, and specify the assembly shape and size corresponding to the piping characteristics. Please note that the size is related to the fluid flow rate.
